Why this book?

This book does not problematize or advocate for a specific thesis, assertion, or belief.

It brings up what truly happened.

However, it advocates for the idea of expanding screenings for AE diagnosis in cases when previously healthy children experience developmental regression with the emergence of ASD (autism spectrum disorder) or ASD-like symptoms.

This book also attempts to unravel the unknowns surrounding AE diagnosis by presenting specific symptoms and experiences that could indicate an autoimmune disease.

It is written with the hope for some other journeys, from the initial symptoms of developmental regressionto the beginning of treatment, tolast shorter than 180 months.
